• January 12 - 16, 2026 : Teachers will conduct "Classroom Bees" at their convenience.  Top 3 spellers in each classroom to advance to "Final Bee".  

• January 20, 2026 : Families of finalists will be notified with more details of the Final Bee 

• January 27, 2026 : Final Bee at Hillside Elementary - More details to follow

• March 14, 2026 : Oakland Schools Scripps Regional Spelling Bee at Oakland University.  

        --This Spelling Bee is only for grades 5-8, so our 5th Grade winner will advance.
